Join us for an adventure along Tasmania's stunning East Coast with a flexible Wineglass Bay tour designed to cater to your individual preferences.

Once you arrive at Freycinet National Park you have the freedom to choose how you want to experience this incredible part of Tasmania. With up to four hours in the park, you can explore independently at your own pace or join your knowledgeable guide for a more relaxed experience.

The day also includes a swim at Honeymoon Bay and a stop at the Freycinet Marine Farm for fresh seafood and regional wine at your own cost.

Wineglass Bay lookout and beach

Make your way to the iconic Wineglass Bay Lookout before continuing down to the beach and experiencing this world-renowned location up close. Walk along the pristine white sands, take a refreshing swim in the turquoise waters or simply find a beautiful spot to relax and take it all in. With four hours to enjoy Freycinet there is no need to rush.

Flexible hiking options

Explore Freycinet National Park at your own pace for up to four hours, choosing from iconic trails like the Wineglass Bay hike or the challenging Mt Amos ascent with panoramic views.

Scenic walk to the Wineglass Bay lookout

If you prefer a more relaxed experience, your knowledgeable guide will lead a scenic walk to the lookout. This moderate 40-minute hike uphill is well worth the effort.

Cape Tourville Lighthouse

Descend for a leisurely stroll around the Cape Tourville Lighthouse, taking in the breathtaking coastal scenery.

Honeymoon Bay

Swim in the crystal clear waters of Honeymoon Bay, with its orange-capped granite rocks and soft white sands.

Freycinet Marine Farm

Taste some of Tasmania's freshest seafood, including oysters, prawns and crayfish, and sample one of the region's award-winning wines.

Meal options

Enjoy a takeaway breakfast at Orford and pick up snacks and lunch for your walks. For those who spent the day hiking, a refreshing drink and a quick takeaway meal will be available before the final stop.

The last stop before returning to Hobart is a delicious ice cream at your own cost, the perfect sweet treat to end your day of adventure and exploration.

Important Information

Approximate tour time: 7:15 am to 5:45 pm. Pickup times and exact locations may vary based on where you are staying, with pickups from most hotels in and around Hobart. If your accommodation is not listed and you are staying within the city, your designated pickup point will typically be within a 100-300 metre walk.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Bring water, sun protection and swimwear and a towel if you intend to swim.
